4 Winds Casinos launches on-line gaming, sports activities betting

DETROIT – The Michigan Gaming Control Board on Monday authorized the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians and its platform provider LLC to launch online games and sports betting under the Four Winds Casinos brand.

Online gaming and sports betting launches at noon for the first approved casino in West Michigan.

“We welcome the addition of Four Winds Casinos and Pala Interactive to Michigan’s growing online gaming and sports betting market,” said Richard S. Kalm, executive director of the Michigan Gaming Control Board. “Your participation will generate revenue to support education, economic development and the tribal community of the Pokagon Band.”

Four Winds will be the 11th operator to offer both online gaming and sports betting in the state.
