Eager to spend money on a motel enterprise? Greenbrier Motel may be an possibility

NUTTER FORT, W.Va. – A motel in Nutter Fort will be auctioned off to the highest bidder next month.

The Greenbrier Motel and Restaurant is expected to be auctioned off as a complete business by Joe R. Pyle Auctions. The motel has been run by its current owners for 45 years and is still in operation.

It has 38 single rooms and a fully functional restaurant, kitchen, dining room and bar area. The company says it’s a great income opportunity for anyone interested in buying it.

“If the hammer falls, someone will own the Greenbrier. So if you always wanted to tell everyone and all your friends that you own the Greenbrier, we can sell you the Greenbrier Motel and restaurant and bar on the 13th,” said Joe R. Pyle.

The auction will take place on April 13th at 12 noon in the motel. Bidders can participate live online here.
