BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – The Southern Kentucky Community Action was back to work Friday after being closed for several days due to bad weather.
Beverly Acree says if a person needs help and can’t get away with the regular number, there is a text app number that people can write to.
She adds that only county coordinators are currently working on applications and she is the only one who works from home in Warren County. Hence patience is required.
Acree explained the text app number.
“There are online applications. However, if anyone needs help, they can reach me through my TEXT app (270) 212-5546. There he can send his information that is needed for the support. “
