Metro Detroit man begins new enterprise amid COVID pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic has changed many lives.

A metro Detroit man started a new company to rewrite his pandemic story and bring everyone’s favorite heroes to people’s fingertips.

Marvin Allen, a longtime athlete and personal trainer, shows that behind the muscles there is a brain for survival. When coronavirus shut down its ability to work as a personal trainer, he said it was a scary time.

“They didn’t know what was going to happen,” said Allen.

Instead of panicking, he planned to turn his childhood dream into a reality.

He bought a high quality 3D printer and brought superheroes to life. He spoke to a lawyer and started his business: Book Your Hero.

Business is a multi-faceted heroic service. You start with bespoke helmets that can make the ordinary Joe whoever he wants with bespoke masks.

There are also party services where parents can book a hero where everyone comes by with a touchless gift for the child’s delight.

As COVID restrictions ease, the business is expected to expand.

“I put together a team of people to provide catering and decorations as well as gift bags, coloring books and t-shirts, and bouncy castles,” said Allen. “It’s a complete birthday experience where we take the pressure off parents to plan a kids birthday party. We take care of everything. “

Book Your Hero is going on a casting call looking for different characters. Prospects are required to submit a background check, but people of all shapes, sizes, and ages are cultured for upcoming events.
