UK’s Provident says house credit score enterprise underneath regulatory probe

Mar 15 (Reuters) – Doorstep lender Provident Financial announced Monday that the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority opened an investigation into certain behavioral issues in the company’s home loan business last year.

The company said its ongoing review made it clear that the company needs to address the problem of rising customer complaint volumes.
